On the second evening of the series, l'enoteca Liechti Weine and Brüderli Gastronomie bring the wines of Avignonesi from Montepulciano to the Landgasthof Adler in Kaiseraugst. Alessio Guidi from the estate presents the nine wines in person and talks about Tuscany and how the wines come about, with two wines served side by side with each of the four courses. The evening starts at 19:00 with an aperitif, and the Adler kitchen puts its own spin on the Tuscan menu.
