For the truffle market in Murten, Château Salavaux hosts a workshop of around two hours on two evenings, in which Madeleine Ruedin (Madeleine Ruedin Vins) presents five wines from the Vully. Five small creations with regional truffle, matched to the wines, are served alongside. The five bites and around 2.5 dl of wine per person are included, each additional glass is charged separately.
