Fulenbacher Wywäg 2027

The Fulenbacher Wywäg is a six-stage wine walk through the countryside around Fulenbach, organised by the Harmoniemusikgesellschaft Fulenbach. At each stage there is a glass of wine from a Swiss region to taste, paired with matching food such as cheese with wine from Valais, Italian specialities for guest country Italy, original Schaffhausen wine soup, perch fillet in Twann white wine batter with wine from Lake Biel, risotto with wine from Ticino and, to finish, Nidle-Chueche with a dessert wine. After the walk there is a festival with food and drink at the Werkhof, for which no ticket is needed, and there is a separate programme for children.
