About this event
For the autumn Portes ouvertes, winemaker Clément Gay welcomes visitors to his cellar in Charrat, where he has been making AOC Valais wines without synthetic products since his first vintage in 2015. The range includes, among others, Fendant, Johannisberg, Petite Arvine, Gamay and the Païen, whose 2023 vintage was selected for the Étoiles du Valais box set. Open on Friday evening from 17:00 to 19:30 and on Saturday from 11:00 to 20:00.
