The industry association Thurgau Weine dedicates its Wine & Dine at the Greuterhof in Islikon to gold-medal-winning Thurgau wines from competitions such as the Grand Prix du Vin Suisse or the Mondial des Pinots, and to their winemakers, whom guests meet in person on the evening. The award-winning wines accompany a 4-course menu cooked by the head chef exclusively with regional ingredients, such as white wine foam soup «Greuterhof» and crispy porchetta, or a vegetarian option with spinach and potato gnocchi. The evening begins at 19:00 with a welcome and apéritif, followed by dinner at 19:30.
