Spring lunch at «à table», the event venue on the first floor of the Gantenbein winery in Fläsch, once the vines in the Bündner Herrschaft have budded. An 8-course menu with seasonal spring produce is served at a long table, together with matching Gantenbein wines from the 2017 to 2024 vintages. The menu with wine pairing, mineral water, coffee and vieux Marc are all included.
