In this guided workshop at Studio Wino in Zurich, participants learn the basics of natural wine while tasting several wines. In a small group of 6 to 12 people, the differences between conventional and natural winemaking are explained in a relaxed atmosphere without jargon. The event lasts an hour and a half and is aimed at beginners, who can ask all their questions about natural wine.
