The Palatinate winery Dr. Bürklin-Wolf, one of Germany's most important biodynamic Riesling producers, pairs a gourmet menu with nine Rieslings from the 2015 to 2024 vintages, from Wachenheim, Ruppertsberg and Deidesheim. Philipp Ozores Bürklin personally guides the evening, the price includes the menu, mineral water and coffee.
