Wine evening around Graubünden's cult Gantenbein estate at the Regensdorf wine shop: Riesling plus several vintages of Chardonnay (2019, 2023) and Pinot Noir (2018, 2022), opening with Adank Brut Blanc de Noirs and closing with Cuvée 1858 Or Barrique, joined by salsiz and regional specialities. Limited to 12 places.
