Grappa takes the stage at the Vergani wine shop on Löwenstrasse: the seminar walks through the Italian art of distillation, presenting young, fresh grappas as well as complex riservas. Topics include production processes, quality criteria, differences between styles and the secrets of maturation. Welcome aperitif at 6:30 pm, the evening ends at 9:30 pm, aperitivo platter and a 20 franc Vergani voucher included.
