The 5-star palace hotel's wine cellar holds around 75,000 bottles, and an award-winning sommelier guides guests through cellar tours and wine tastings, just a few kilometres from the vineyards of the UNESCO World Heritage site Lavaux. Wine also plays a central role at the two-Michelin-star Restaurant Pic by Anne-Sophie Pic, as well as at the Japanese restaurant Kaigan and the Café Beau-Rivage.
