Oltre 80 importanti tenute di Bordeaux presentano la nuova annata e ogni château propone anche un'annata più matura, così si può confrontare direttamente l'evoluzione dei vini. Tra i nomi presenti ci sono Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, Château Lynch-Bages, Château Giscours, Château Clinet, Domaine de Chevalier, Château Lascombes e Château Canon.
