About this event
Sommelier Pit Spanke of the Smith team guides guests at the Smith Shop in Zürich through the Champagne vineyards of Robert Moncuit. Founded in 1928, the house is run in its third generation by Pierre Amillet, who as a Récoltant-Manipulant farms eight hectares of Chardonnay in the Grand Cru villages of Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger and presses and matures each parcel separately.
