At IGNIV Andermatt, the restaurant's sharing concept meets the wines of Château Pavie for one evening. Master Sommelier João Pires presents the 2010, 2016 and 2019 vintages of the Saint-Émilion Premier Grand Cru Classé A and offers insights into the estate's terroir and winemaking philosophy, complemented by Arôme de Pavie 2021 and Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle. The dinner, with a specially curated IGNIV menu, is limited to 16 to 20 guests.
